Toreando Pass

  1. Start by using your opponents gi to control their legs at the knee. Force their knees down and away from their body while stepping out to the side.

2. Fall into your opponent using your shoulder and head. Use the force of your fall to pin them and continue controlling their legs.

3. Use your head to control your opponent while moving into side control (the gi colors are reversed on this last picture).

*This technique has to be done quickly and forcefully. It won't work if you are too cautious.
