Initial Setup: Leg drag and drop your shin over the bottom leg, shelving the top leg on your hip

First Pass: Reach around and grip the back of the collar with the fingers inside. Smash the legs and circle to the back

Second Pass: Lift your hips and slice your knee over the top of both leg to pass to the front
